Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : pengaruh kepribadian diri terhadap kinerja kerja, stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Juga pengaruh stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja kerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pabrik PT Pos Indonesia Jakarta pusat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 76 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa penagruh kepribadian diri terhadap kinerja kerja berpengaruh positif. Pengaruh antara kepribadian diri terhadap stress kerja berpengaruh negative dan pengaruh antara kepribadian diri terhadap komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif serta komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja kerja juga dengan hasil signifikan berpengaruh positif namun untuk pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan..This study aimed to analyze: the influence of personality to job performance, work stress and organizational commitment. Also the effect of work stress and organizational commitment to job performance. The object of this study were employees of PT Pos Indonesia Jakarta center. This study was conducted on 76 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. The analytical method used in this research is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study is that the influence of personality to job performance positive effect. The influence of personality stress self \ work between the negative effect and influence of personality on organizational commitment and the positive influence of organizational commitment to job performance is also the result of a significant positive effect, but to the effect of work stress on job performance has no significant effect .
