Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kedisiplinan dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Kaltim Post Balikpapan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 154 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Probability sampling dengan rumus slovin.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kedisiplinan dan variabel Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positiv-signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kaltim Post Balikpapan.This research is to know the influence of Discipline and Climate Organizational on performance of employees. The object of this research is the employees of Kaltim Post Balikpapan. This research was conducted against 154 respondents using a Probability sampling technic on slovin formula . Therefore,analysis of the data used is SEM-PLS with the analysis tool Smart-PLS.The results of this study indicate that the variable is Discipline and Climate Organizational variables have positif-significant effect on performance of employees at Kaltim Post Balikpapan.
