Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada Kantor Cabang Utama PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Unit Security Quality Control Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta yang berlokasi di Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap seluruh karyawan Unit Security Quality Control yang berjumlah 44 Responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel pelatihan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Cabang Utama PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Unit Security Quality Control Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta.This research was to determine the effect of training and discipline on employee performance. The object of this research is the employees who work at the Main Branch Office PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Security Quality Control Division Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang. This research was conducted on all employees of the Division of Security Quality Control totaling 44 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23. These results indicate that partial training and work discipline variables affect the performance of employees Main Branch Office PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Security Quality Control Division Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang.
