Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungankerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi frontliner PT. Bank Mandiri (persero) di Area Daan Mogot Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi frontliner PT. Bank Mandiri (persero) di Area Daan Mogot Jakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (uji t) dan ketepatan model juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa.This research aims to know the influence of compensation and work environment to employees performance. The object for this research is the frontline division employees PT. Bank Mandiri in Daam Mogot Area Jakarta. This research was done to 40 repondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linier regression test. The result of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variable of Compensation and work environment to employees performance frontline division PT. Bank Mandiri in Daan Mogot Area Jakarta. It has been proven from the result of (t) partial and the result of the accuracy of the model test shows significant point of two independent variables that supports hipothesys.
