Abstract

Kawasan BSD-City merupakan salah satu kota terencana di Indonesia yang terletak di kecamatan Serpong, Tangerang Selatan. BSD City merupakan salah satu kota satelit dari Jakarta yang pada awalnya ditujukan untuk menjadi kota mandiri, di mana semua fasilitas disediakan di kota tersebut termasuk kawasan industri, perkantoran, perdagangan, pendidikan, wisata, sekaligus perumahan. Sesuai Dalam Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW), . Pengertian perumahan menurut Undang-undang No. 4 Tahun 1992 yaitu Perumahan adalah kelompok rumah yang berfungsi sebagai lingkungan tempat tinggal / lingkungan hunian yang dilengkapi dengan prasarana dan sarana lingkungan, dimaksudkan agar lingkungan tersebut menjadi lingkungan yang sehat, aman, serasi, dan teratur dan berfungsi sebagaimana yang diharapkan Pada lokasi pembangunan Housing at BSD ini memiliki luas tanah sebesar 10.8 hektar. Pada lokasi ini akan dibanguan sebuah perumahan atau pemukiman dengan kriteria kelas atas yang disertai beberapa keunggulan pada area maupun bangunan itu sendiri , dengan bangunan yang dirancang tanpa menggunakan pendingin ruangan, maka dari itu menjadikan hunian ini menjadi hunian kelas atas dengan beberapa perbedaan dari rumah biasanya.BSD-City region is one of the planned cities in Indonesia, located in the district of Serpong, South Tangerang.
