Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of leadership, competency, on job satisfaction to enhance employee performance in PT. Media Televisi Indonesia (Metro TV), by using explanatory survey and multivariate regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there is a significanly positive effect partially and simultaneously between leadership, competency, and job satisfaction to employee performance of PT. Media Televisi Indonesia (Metro TV). Keywords: leadership, competency, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Media Televisi Indonesia (Metro TV) baik secara parsial maupun simultan dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Media Televisi Indonesia (Metro TV). Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan
