Abstract

This research is conducted to know whether trainning, prosperity and motivation have influence toward the increasing of employee performance at Rutan Kelas 1 Jakarta , and also to know which one of the variable that has more influence on the performance of employees at that company. The research use the approach of survey method and then analyzed using regresion partial and simultan, reliability, validity and normality. The result of the research show that the trainning, prosperity and motivation variables make a influencing significantly the performance of employees at Rutan kelas 1 cipinang Jakarta. Keywords: Trainning, prosperity, motivation, and performance of employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, kesejahteraan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai rutan kelas 1 Cipinang, dan mengetahui variable mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai rutan kelas 1 Cipinang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan analisis regresi partial dan simultan,validitas,reliabilitas dan normalitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi, sikap kerja dan motivasi memberikan pengaruh berarti terhadap kinerja pegawai rutan kelas 1 Cipinang Jakarta. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Kesejahteraan, Motivasi, dan Kinerja Pegawai.
