Abstract

Therapeutic communication is a form of the most important factors used to establish the relationship between doctor and patient. Good communication from a physician is able to provide the confidence patients giving rise to taste pinch of belief encourages the emergence of a suggestion from the patient. A trust created by a doctor to his patient through therapeutic communication, may encourage the healing process of the patient. To understand and explain how therapeutic communication patterns between doctors and patients in the creation of a sense of trust and suggestion of the patient and may affect the sense of trust and suggestion from patient to patient's healing process is done through communication between personal, whether in verbal communication, communication is non verbal communication and writing. In the theory of effective communication of physicians and patients mentioned that the success of therapeutic communication begins from a sense of empathy, will build a sense of trust and subsequently resulted in a sense of suggestion on patients against doctors. Symbolic interaction theory is associated with, the interaction that takes place between the doctor-patients have a few common characteristics that affect communication between doctors and patients of whom familiarity between patients and doctors, the competence of the doctor and patient to communicate as well as psychosocial problems that will create obstacles. This research theme is that therapeutic communication in building trust and suggestion from the patient using a qualitative research methodology with the constructivist paradigm. Through this phenomenology study research results obtained a doctor's therapeutic communication skills greatly influences the sense of trust from the patients themselves. Therefore the presence of harmonious sense of confidence and suggestion of the patients strongly influenced from the communication pattern applied by physicians at the time of the therapeutic communication is running. Doctors can apply the communication patterns of kinship and the communication pattern guide and collaboration as well as communication patterns contribute a very take a part in the creation of the trust and suggestion. From the results of this research and observations known to the character of doctor empathy doctor, family doctor and mature look doctor could put its communication patterns to build trust and a suggestion of the patient. Keywords: Doctor-patient, therapeutic communication, beliefs and suggestions Bentuk komunikasi terapeutik merupakan sebuah faktor yang paling penting yang digunakan untuk menetapkan hubungan antara dokter dengan pasien. Komunikasi yang baik dari seorang dokter mampu memberikan kepercayaan diri pasien sehingga menimbulkan sejumput rasa kepercayaan mendorong munculnya sugesti dari pasien. Rasa kepercayaan yang diciptakan oleh dokter kepada pasiennya melalui komunikasi terapeutik, dapat mendorong proses penyembuhan dari pasien. Untuk memahami dan menjelaskan bagaimana pola komunikasi terapeutik antara dokter dan pasien dalam penciptaan rasa kepercayaan dan sugesti dari pasien dan dapat mempengaruhi rasa kepercayaan dan sugesti dari pasien untuk proses kesembuhan pasien dilakukan melalui komunikasi antar personal, baik secara komunikasi verbal, komunikasi non verbal dan komunikasi tulisan. Dalam teori komunikasi efektif dokter dan pasien disebutkan bahwa keberhasilan komunikasi terapeutik berawal dari rasa empati, akan membangun rasa kepercayaan dan selanjutnya akan membuahkan suatu rasa sugesti pada diri pasien terhadap dokter. Dikaitkan dengan teori interaksi simbolik, interaksi yang berlangsung antara dokter-pasien memiliki beberapa karakteristik umum yang mempengaruhi komunikasi antara dokter dan pasien diantaranya keakraban antara pasien dan dokter, kecapakan dokter dan pasien untuk berkomunikasi serta problem psikososial yang akan menciptakan rintangan. Penelitian ini bertemakan komunikasi terapeutik dalam membangun kepercayaan dan sugesti dari pasien menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivitis. Melalui penelitian studi fenomenologi ini didapat hasil kemampuan komunikasi terapeutik seorang dokter sangat mempengaruhi rasa kepercayaan dari diri pasien. Oleh karena itu terbangunnya rasa kepercayaan dan sugesti dari pasien sangat dipengaruhi dari pola komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh dokter pada saat komunikasi terapeutik itu berjalan. Dokter yang dapat menerapakan pola komunikasi kekerabatan dan pola komunikasi membimbing dan bekerjasama serta pola komunikasi berperan serta yang sangat mengambil peranan dalam penciptaan kepercayan dan sugesti. Dari hasil pengamatan dan penilitian ini diketahui karakter dokter jenis emphaty doctor, family doctor dan mature look doctor bisa menempatkan pola komunikasinya untuk membangun kepercayaan dan sugesti dari pasien.
