Abstract
An organization established as a container to achieve a goal or several. The organization must manage various series of activities geared towards the achievement of organizational goals. Human resources within the company has a role and a function that is critical to the achievement of corporate objectives. This study aimed to analyze the influence of competence and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Respect Mitra Indonesia, Jakarta, either simultaneously or partially. In this research, the writer used the method of analisys descriptive with inferential statistical approachand, with 71 respondents, while the tecniquest of data collection used in this research are questionnaire, interview and observation. The research variables are competence (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) as independent variables, while the Employee Performance (Y) is the dependent variable. Hypothesis there are significant competencies and organizational commitment to employee performance. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression statistical methods, t test , and F test. Based on research, in general the employee cometency, organizational commitment and performance are good. While based on result of data analisys, simultan and partial, the employee competency affect their performace, the employee organizational commitment affect their performace and employee competency and employee organizational commitment affect their performance. Keywords : competency, commitment organizational, employee performance. Suatu organisasi didirikan sebagai suatu wadah untuk mencapai suatu atau beberapa tujuan. Organisasi tersebut harus mengelola berbagai rangkaian kegiatan yang diarahkan menuju tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan memiliki peranan dan fungsi yang sangat penting bagi tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Respect Mitra Indonesia, Jakarta baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis, dengan pendekatan statistik inferensial dengan jumlah responden 71 orang. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara serta observasi. Variabel penelitian adalah kompetensi (X1) dan Komitmen Organisasi (X2) sebagai variabel bebas, sedangkan Kinerja Karyawan (Y) adalah variabel terikat. Hipotesisnya terdapat pengaruh kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode statistik regresi linear berganda, uji t, dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kompetensi dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci : kompetensi, komitmen organisasional, kinerja karyawan.
