Abstract
Teacher is the most influents towards the proces of implementation and the qualified education out come. The teacher must have good performance which give and realization towards the willing and hope of all side particularly towards the society who gives the trust to the school and teacher in educating the students. Teacher must have high commitmen organization in operating school activities in order to give what school has optimally. In increasing professionalism of teacher’s ability teacher must have achievement motivation in order to answer the challenge global era that grows faster and faster. The result of this research is said that competence, organizasional commitmen and achievment motivation simultaneouslyn influence teacher performance and partially organizasional commitment and achievement motivation influence teacher’s performance in SMA N 5 South Tangerngan. Pedagogoc, professionalism, and social personality must be increase the teacher’s performance. Organizasional commitment must be possessed by the teacher to suport teacher’s personality and good teacher always increase professinalism by achievement motivation. Keywords :Competence, Organizational Commitment, Achievement Motivation, and Performance.
