Abstract
The delay in work progress on the FBB 2 Project of PT Indah Kiat Karawang highlighted the need to evaluate labor productivity in conventional beam formwork construction. This study aimed to determine the Labour Utilization Factor (LUF), measure the actual labor productivity, compare the actual productivity with the labor coefficients specified in the AHSP of the Minister of Public Works and Housing (Permen PUPR) No. 1 of 2022, and analyze the impact of productivity differences on project duration and labor costs. This study employed a quantitative descriptive method using a case study approach. Data were collected through work sampling observations conducted over seven consecutive working days involving ten workers, consisting of five carpenters and five carpenter helpers, who were assigned to conventional beam formwork work on the second floor of the FBB 2 Project of PT Indah Kiat Karawang. The collected data were analyzed by calculating the Labour Utilization Factor (LUF), actual labor productivity, and actual labor coefficients, which were then compared with the labor coefficients specified in the AHSP of the Minister of Public Works and Housing No. 1 of 2022. The results showed that the average Labour Utilization Factor (LUF) was 75.68%, indicating that labor time utilization was categorized as highly effective. The actual labor productivity was 8.14 m²/worker/day. The comparison revealed that the actual labor coefficient was 0.43 man-day/m², which was higher than the AHSP coefficient of 0.36 man-day/m², indicating that the actual labor productivity was lower than the productivity standard specified in the AHSP. Consequently, a greater labor requirement was needed to complete the beam formwork work, resulting in a longer project duration if the number of workers remained unchanged. Furthermore, the actual unit cost of beam formwork work was IDR 260,590/m², which was higher than the AHSP unit cost of IDR 236,843/m², with a difference of IDR 23,747/m² or approximately 10.03%. Keterlambatan progres pekerjaan pada Proyek FBB 2 PT Indah Kiat Karawang mendorong perlunya evaluasi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan bekisting balok konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai Labour Utilization Factor (LUF), produktivitas aktual tenaga kerja, membandingkan produktivitas aktual dengan koefisien tenaga kerja berdasarkan AHSP Permen PUPR Nomor 1 Tahun 2022, serta menganalisis dampak perbedaannya terhadap durasi pelaksanaan dan biaya tenaga kerja.Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi menggunakan metode work sampling selama tujuh hari terhadap 10 orang tenaga kerja yang terdiri atas 5 tukang kayu dan 5 pembantu tukang pada pekerjaan bekisting balok konvensional di lantai 2 Proyek FBB 2 PT Indah Kiat Karawang. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan Labour Utilization Factor (LUF), produktivitas tenaga kerja aktual, koefisien tenaga kerja aktual, kemudian dibandingkan dengan koefisien tenaga kerja berdasarkan AHSP Permen PUPR Nomor 1 Tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata Labour Utilization Factor (LUF) sebesar 75,68%, sehingga pemanfaatan waktu kerja tenaga kerja termasuk kategori sangat efektif. Produktivitas aktual tenaga kerja sebesar 8,14 m²/orang/hari. Hasil perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa koefisien tenaga kerja aktual sebesar 0,43 OH/m² lebih besar dibandingkan koefisien AHSP sebesar 0,36 OH/m², sehingga produktivitas tenaga kerja di lapangan masih lebih rendah dibandingkan standar AHSP.
