Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and company size on company value in infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period used is 6 years (2019- 2024). The population used in this study is 15 companies. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method. So that 90 observations were obtained. The research data were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing with panel data regression analysis. With the help of E-wies 13 software. The results of this study partially indicate that Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR) have a positive and significant effect on company value, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on company value and Company Size does not affect company value. Keywords: Current ratio (CR), Return on assets (ROA), Debt to equity ratio (DER), Firm Size, Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh return on assets, current ratio, debt to equity ratio dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahan pada perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode waktu penelitian yang digunakan adalah 6 tahun (2019-2024). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Sehingga diperoleh 90 observasi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji hipotesis dengan analisis regresi data panel. Dengan bantuan software E-wies 13. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan Kata Kunci : Return on assets (ROA), Current ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Ukuran Perusahaan, Nilai Perusahaan
