Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Training, Work Competence, and Organizational Culture on the Sustainable Employee Performance of PT. Berkah Syahrie Sejahtera. This study uses quantitative research, where the data used are survey results distributed via Google Forms to respondents. The population of the company is 70 people, while the sample in this study was obtained using a saturated sample consisting of 70 respondents. The data collection method employed is the survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses variable descriptive analysis and panel data regression analysis. The data in this study were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (Smart-PLS). This study proves that the job training variable has a significant positive effect on sustainable employee performance. The work competency variable has a significant positive effect on sustainable employee performance. And the organizational culture variable has no effect on sustainable employee performance. Keywords: Sustainable Employee Performance, Job Training, Job Competence, and Organizational Culture Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja, kompetensi kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan pada PT. Berkah Syahrie Sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan Google Form kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 karyawan, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan. Kompetensi kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan. Sementara itu, budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan Berkelanjutan, Pelatihan Kerja, Kompetensi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi
