Abstract

This research investigates the impact of the work environment, job training, and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT Media Visual Group. Utilizing a quantitative causal design, the study involved a census of all 30 permanent staff members through a saturated sampling approach. Primary data, gathered via digital questionnaires, were processed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique via SmartPLS 3.0. The empirical findings reveal that job training exerts a substantial and positive influence on employee output. Conversely, both the work environment and internal motivation demonstrated no statistically significant impact. Ultimately, this study highlights that prioritizing competency development through training initiatives is far more effective for driving performance than relying on environmental or motivational drivers. Keywords: Work Environment, Job Training, Work Motivation, Employee Performance, SEM-PLS Studi ini dirancang untuk mengevaluasi dampak lingkungan kerja, pelatihan, dan motivasi terhadap performa karyawan di lingkungan PT Media Visual Group.
