Abstract

One of the approaches employed is the integration of field static testing with numerical modeling to obtain a representative picture of the actual structural capacity and response. This study aims to analyze static testing results on a building in Tangerang City, develop a numerical model using ETABS v.22.0.0 based on testing data, and determine the structural reliability based on the developed model. This study examines the structural reliability of a 3-story building in Tangerang, focusing on reinforced concrete elements comprising beams, columns, and slabs. Concrete quality data were obtained from a combination of Non-Destructive Tests (Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity and Hammer Test) and Destructive Test (Concrete Core Drill), calibrated through linear regression equations to convert all NDT results into equivalent compressive strength values. The normal distribution was selected as the best-fit random variable for structural reliability modeling, due to its consistency with the data, ease of application in building design, and conformity with standard practice. Static testing revealed a minimum compressive strength of 14.14 MPa and a maximum of 36.90 MPa, with a standard deviation of 4.37 MPa and a coefficient of variation of 16.12%, which remains acceptable for building structures. The maximum deflection response was treated as a random variable, analyzed using a continuous distribution, and used to calculate the probability of failure and reliability index. Results indicate a Cumulative Distribution Function (CDF) of 99.98%, a Probability Density Function (PDF) of 0.02%, and a reliability index corresponding to a "Good" performance level, confirming a high level of structural reliability against deflection response. This study concludes that the building in Tangerang City demonstrates structural performance that meets safety and reliability criteria based on field testing and numerical modeling evaluation. Salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan adalah integrasi antara pengujian statik di lapangan dengan pemodelan numerik, sehingga diperoleh gambaran kapasitas dan respon aktual struktur secara representatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hasil pengujian statik pada gedung di Kota Tangerang; mengembangkan model numerik menggunakan software ETABS v.22.0.0 berdasarkan data hasil pengujian statik; dan mengetahui keandalan struktur bangunan gedung berdasarkan hasil analisis model numerik yang telah dikembangkan. Penelitian ini mengkaji keandalan struktur sebuah gedung dengan 3 (tiga) lantai berlokasi di Tangerang berdasarkan hasil pengujian statik dan data karakteristik bahan, dengan fokus pada elemen beton bertulang berupa balok, kolom, dan pelat. Data mutu beton yang diperoleh dari kombinasi hasil pemeriksaan Non-Destructive Test (Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity dan Hammer Test) dan Destructive Test (Concrete Core Drill), yang kemudian dikalibrasikan melalui persamaan analisis regresi linear data sehingga seluruh hasil NDT dapat dikonversi menjadi nilai kuat tekan ekuivalen. Variabel random yang digunakan didalam keandalan struktur yaitu distribusi normal pilihan terbaik karena paling konsisten dengan data, mudah dipakai dalam desain gedung, dan sesuai praktik standar Pemodelan kuat tekan beton. Pengujian statik menunjukkan nilai minimum 14,14 MPa, maksimum 36,90 MPa dengan simpangan baku 4,37 MPa dan CV 16,12% yang masih dapat diterima untuk bangunan gedung. Respon lendutan maksimum pada model saat ini diperlakukan sebagai variabel acak, dianalisis dengan distribusi kontinu, dan digunakan untuk menghitung probabilitas kegagalan serta indeks keandalan dengan pendekatan probabilistik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa distribusi kontinu lendutan menghasilkan nilai Cumulative Distribution Function (CDF) sebesar 99,98%, Probability Density Function (PDF) sebesar 0,02%, nilai indeks keandalan
