Abstract
National and industrial economic growth is strategically supported by the automotive and components subsector. However, economic dynamics throughout the 2015–2024 period have also influenced fluctuations in company value in this subsector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm size on company value. This study uses a quantitative approach to causality design. The population in this study includes automotive and component companies listed on the IDX during the 2015-2024 period, totaling 18 companies. The sample was determined using purposive sampling and obtained 5 companies that consistently published financial reports for 10 years, so that the data processed amounted to 50 using Eviews 13 software. In this study, the data analysis method used panel data regression analysis. The study findings indicate that the variables of liquidity and leverage have a positive and significant impact on company value, while firm size has a negative and significant impact on company value. Meanwhile, the variable of profitability was not found to affect company value. It is hoped that management and investors will consider the contributions of this study when evaluating and increasing business value in the automotive and component sub-sector. Keywords: profitability, liquidity, leverage, firm size, firm value. Pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional dan industri didukung secara strategis oleh subsektor otomotif serta komponen. Namun, dinamika ekonomi yang terjadi sepanjang periode 2015–2024 turut memengaruhi fluktuasi nilai perusahaan pada subsektor ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah guna menganalisa pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage, serta firm size terhadap nilai perusahaan. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pada desain kausalitas. Populasi pada penelitian ini mencakup perusahaan subsektor otomotif serta komponen yang tercatat di BEI selama periode 2015-2024 yang jumlahnya 18 perusahaan. Sampel ditentukan memakai purposive sampling dan diperoleh 5 perusahaan yang dengan konsisten mencetak laporan keuangan selama 10 tahun, sehingga data yang diolah berjumlah 50 dengan menggunakan software eviews 13. Pada penelitian ini metode analisis data memakai analisis regresi data panel. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwasannya variabel likuiditas serta leverage berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan pada nilai perusahaan, sementara firm size berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan pada nilai perusahaan. Sementara itu, variabel profitabilitas tidak terbukti memengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Diharapkan bahwasannya manajemen dan investor akan mempertimbangkan kontribusi penelitian ini saat mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan nilai bisnis di subsektor otomotif serta komponen.
