Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Employee Engagement and Green Organizational Climate on Green Employee Sustainability with Green Work Motivation as a mediating variable among employees of the Customer Service Division at BCA Digital. The study is motivated by the increasing organizational focus on environmental sustainability practices that require active employee involvement in supporting sustainable corporate goals.This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Customer Service Division. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that Green Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Green Employee Sustainability. In contrast, Green Organizational Climate does not have a significant direct effect on Green Employee Sustainability. Green Work Motivation is found to have a positive and significant effect on Green Employee Sustainability. Furthermore, both Green Employee Engagement and Green Organizational Climate have positive effects on Green Work Motivation. The mediation analysis reveals that Green Work Motivation mediates the relationship between Green Employee Engagement and Green Employee Sustainability, but does not mediate the relationship between Green Organizational Climate and Green Employee Sustainability among employees in the Customer Service Division at BCA Digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Employee Engagement dan Green Organizational Climate terhadap Green Employee Sustainability dengan Green Work Motivation sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan Divisi Customer Service BCA Digital. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya perhatian organisasi terhadap praktik keberlanjutan lingkungan yang menuntut keterlibatan aktif karyawan dalam mendukung tujuan perusahaan berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan Divisi Customer Service. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Employee Sustainability. Sebaliknya, Green Organizational Climate tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap Green Employee Sustainability. Green Work Motivation terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Employee Sustainability. Selain itu, Green Employee Engagement dan Green Organizational Climate berpengaruh positif terhadap Green Work Motivation. Pengujian mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Green Work Motivation mampu memediasi hubungan antara Green Employee Engagement dan Green Employee Sustainability, namun tidak memediasi hubungan antara Green Organizational Climate dan Green Employee Sustainability pada karyawan Divisi Customer Service BCA Digital.
