Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja di perusahaan Sigap Driver Jakarta. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention di perusahaan Sigap Driver Jakarta. Untuk menganalisis pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja diperusahaan Sigap Driver Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan Sigap Driver Jakarta berjumlah 504 orang. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, maka jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 217 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.5. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention diperusahaan Sigap Driver Jakarta. Pelatihan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan teradap kepuasanan kerja. Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intention pada perusahaan Sigap Driver Jakarta. This study aims to analyze the effect of training and work motivation on turnover intention through job satisfaction at Sigap Driver Jakarta. It also seeks to examine the influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention at the company, and to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between training and work motivation on turnover intention. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population in this study consists of all employees of Sigap Driver Jakarta, totaling 504 individuals. The sampling method used is probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique, resulting in a total of 217 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.1.1.5 software. The findings reveal that training and work motivation have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at Sigap Driver Jakarta. Furthermore, training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between training and work motivation on turnover intention within the company.
