Abstract

PD. Sinar Rezeki faces challenges in increasing sales of hydraulic products, primarily due to limited understanding of customer needs and the lack of optimized digital marketing strategies. To address these issues, a web-based e-commerce platform was developed that eliminates additional costs for both sellers and buyers, while emphasizing user experience, system integration, and transaction and data security. This study employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to accelerate development through user needs analysis, rapid design, prototyping, and testing. The resulting e-commerce platform includes features such as product management, shopping cart, order tracking, and multiple payment options. The findings indicate that the application of the RAD method is effective in supporting increased sales of hydraulic equipment at PD. Sinar Rezeki. Sinar Rezeki menghadapi kendala dalam meningkatkan penjualan hidrolik, terutama akibat kurangnya kebutuhan konsumen dan optimalisasi pemasaran digital serta biaya tambahan yang menjadi perhatian antara pembeli dan penjual. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dikembangkan platform e-commerce berbasis web yang bebas biaya tambahan bagi penjual dan pembeli, dengan tetap memperhatikan pengalaman pengguna, integrasi sistem, serta keamanan transaksi dan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Applicstion Development (RAD) guna mempercepat proses pengembangan melalui analisis kebutuhan, perancangan cepat, pembuatan prototipe, dan pengujian. Platform e-commerce yang dibagun dilengkapi fitur pengelolaan produk, keranjang belanja, pelacakan pesanan, serta berbagai metode pembayaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode RAD efektif dalam mendukung peningkat penjualan alat hidrolik pada PD. Sinar Rezeki.
