Abstract
Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting dalam perusahaan, karena manusia merupakan penggerak seluruh aktivitas di dalam perusahaan. Dalam kehidupan perusahaan, tingkat efektif dan efisien perusahaan dalam mewujudkan tujuannya sangat ditentukan oleh keberadaan sumber daya manusia.mMaybank KCP Sentral Senayan memiliki permasalahan pada tingkat kinerja karyawan, dilihat pada tingkat kinerja yang tidak mencapai target, hal ini dapat disebabkan karena salah satu faktor yaitu rendahnya tingkat kehadiran karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kompensasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Dan Perilaku Warga Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Divisi Human Capital Operational) Maybank KCP Sentral Senayan 3. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah divisi human capital dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 80 orang. Dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 80 orang karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, dan perilaku warga organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Maybank KCP Sentral Senayan 3. Human resources are one of the most important factors in a company, because humans are the driving force of all activities within the company. In corporate life, the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the company in achieving its goals is largely determined by the existence of human resources. Maybank KCP Sentral Senayan has problems with employee performance levels, seen from the level of performance that does not reach the target, this can be caused by one of the factors, namely the low level of employee attendance. This study aims to examine the Effect of Compensation, Transactional Leadership Style, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance (Human Capital Operational Division) Maybank KCP Sentral Senayan 3. The object of this study is the human capital division with a population of 80 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample of 80 employees. The data analysis method uses the SMART PLS application. The results of this study indicate that compensation, transactional leadership style, and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Maybank KCP Sentral Senayan 3..
