Abstract
The development of development in Indonesia is currently accelerating, this greatly affects the world of earthquake-resistant building construction. Where the country of Indonesia is located or located on three tectonic plates, namely the Indo-Australian plate, the Eurasian plate and the Pacific plate. Therefore, buildings with the 4th risk category as regulated in SNI 1726:2019, define that the greater the value, the more critical it is. With this, the solution that can be used in overcoming lateral loads is by planning, calculating and analyzing the earthquake diaphragm by providing extra reinforcement that is substituted in horizontal elements to be able to withstand and channel these loads to the vertical elements and systems the structure used. So in this study, what was used as an object was the hospital building. This study was also conducted with the aim of evaluating the seismic performance of collectors and diaphragm cords and their connections to sliding wall structures, using two guidelines, namely ASCE 7-22 and SNI 1726:2019 (see the difference). Compare the design styles of collectors and cords and their connections between floors of hospital buildings, providing technical recommendations regarding the need for additional repeating of collectors & cords. The analysis method used was to analyze hospital buildings with reference to SNI 1726:2019 and ASCE 7-22, and ETAS software was used. In this case, the analysis of the structural elements is carried out with the criteria of checking spectral response analysis, structural behavior analysis and checking the structure before and after the design of the collector cord diaphragm and its effect on the vertical elements. Perkembangan pembangunan di Indonesia saat ini semakin pesat, hal ini sangat mempengaruhi dunia kontruksi bangunan Gedung tahan gempa. Dimana negara Indonesia terletak atau berada pada tiga lempeng tektonik yakni lempeng Indo - Australian, lempeng Eurasia dan lempeng Pasific. Oleh sebab itu maka bangunan Gedung dengan kategori resiko ke-4 sebagaimana di atur dalam SNI 1726:2019, mendefenisikan bahwa semakin besar nilai tersebut maka semakin kritis juga. Dengan adanya hal tersebut maka solusi yang dapat digunakan dalam mengatasi beban lateral yaitu dengan perencanaan, perhitungan dan analisis diafragma gempa dengan memberikan tulangan ekstra yang disubtitusikan dalam elemen horizontal untuk dapat menahan dan menyalurkan beban tersebut terhadap elemen vertical dan system struktur yang digunakan. Maka pada penelitian ini yang dijadikan sebagai objek ialah bangunan Gedung rumah sakit. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan dengan tujuan mengevaluasi kinerja seismik kolektor dan kord diafragma beserta sambungannya pada struktur dinding geser, dengan menggunakan dua pedoaman yakni ASCE 7-22 dan SNI 1726:2019 (melihat perbedaannya). Membandingkan gaya desain kolektor dan kord beserta sambungannya antar lantai bangunan rumah sakit, memberikan rekomendasi teknis terkait kebutuhan penulangan tambahan pada kolektor & kord. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah menganalisis bangunan gedung rumah sakit dengan acuan SNI 1726:2019 dan ASCE 7-22, serta digunakan software ETABS. Dalam hal ini dilakukan analisis elemen structural tersebut dengan kriteria pengecekan analisis respon spektran, analisis perilaku struktur dan pengecekan struktur sebelum dan sesudah diberikan desain diafragma kord kolektor serta pengaruhnya terhadap elemen vertical.
