Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, career development and compensation on turnover intention at Hermina Kemayoran Hospital. The population in this study were 75 nurses at Hermina Kemayoran Hospital. The sample used was 75 nurses at Hermina Kemayoran Hospital. calculated based on the slovin formula. The sampling method used convenience sampling. The data collection method used a survey method with a questionnaire as the research instrument. The data analysis method used Partial Least Square. This study proves that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Career development has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Workload, Career Development, Compensation, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, pengembangan karir dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention pada Rumah Sakit Hermina Kemayoran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 perawat RS Hermina Kemayoran. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 75 perawat Rumah Sakit Hermina Kemayoran. dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kompensasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Kompensasi, Turnover Intention
