Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation and transformational leadership on job engagement mediated by job stress (a study at PT Trans Eurokars Indonesia). This study employed quantitative data analysis methods. The sample population was 60 employees of PT Trans Eurokars Indonesia, and the saturated sampling method was used. This study applied the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software, using a questionnaire as the instrument. The findings indicate that (a) job stress can mediate the effect of peace on job engagement, (b) job stress cannot mediate the effect of transformational leadership on job engagement, (c) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job engagement, (d) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job engagement, (e) compensation has a negative effect on job stress, (f) transformational leadership has a negative and negative effect on job engagement, (g) job stress has no negative effect on job engagement. Keywords: Compensation, Transformational Leadership, Job Stress, and Job Engagement Tujuan dari riset ini yakni untuk menganalisa pengaruh kompensasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keterlibatan kerja dimediasi stress kerja (Studi pada PT Trans Eurokars Indonesia). Penelitian ini memakai metode analisis data kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini ialah karyawan PT Trans Eurokars Indonesia sebanyak 60 karyawan, serta sampel yang digunakan metode sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menerapkan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dibantu software SmartPLS 4.0, dengan kuisioner sebagai instrumentnya. Hasil dari temuan ini menunjukan bahwa (a) Stres kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap keterlibatan kerja, (b) Stres kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keterlibatan kerja, (c) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja, (d) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja, (e) Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap stres kerja, (f) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap keterlibatan kerja, (g) Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan kerja.
