Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Sustainable Career Development, Green Training, and Sustainable Work Environment on sustainable employee productivity at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) of Palembang City, with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 183 civil servants (PNS) working at the PUPR Office, from which a sample of 125 respondents was obtained using a simple random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that Sustainable Career Development has a positive and significant effect on sustainable employee productivity, as do Green Training and Sustainable Work Environment, which were also found to be significant. Furthermore, employee engagement was proven to mediate the relationships between Sustainable Career Development, Green Training, and Sustainable Work Environment with sustainable productivity. Keywords: Sustainable Career Development, Green Training, Sustainable Work Environment, Employee Engagement, Sustainable Employee Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sustainable Career Development, Green Training, dan Sustainable Work Environment terhadap produktivitas pegawai berkelanjutan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kota Palembang, dengan keterlibatan pegawai sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif Populasi penelitian melibatkan 183 pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di Dinas PUPR Kota Palembang dengan sampel sebanyak 125 responden yang diperoleh melalui teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sustainable Career Development memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai berkelanjutan, begitu pula dengan Green Training dan Sustainable Work Environment yang terbukti signifikan Lebih lanjut, keterlibatan pegawai terbukti memediasi hubungan antara Sustainable Career Development, Green Training Sustainable Work Environment dengan produktivitas berkelanjutan.
