Abstract
The large number of public transportation provided by the DKI Jakarta government is not utilized by residents who are more likely to choose private vehicles. The high growth in the number of private vehicles contributes to air pollution in DKI Jakarta at this time in 2019 DKI Jakarta entered the second rank for the dirtiest air in the world. The business hotel and MICE are centered on the Economic business center which is adjacent to the Cibubur Mall and the Wiladatika Recreational Park and all integrated with the Cibubur LRT station. The basic concept of design is to achieve the vision and mission of "Green Architecture", namely by using the concept of Ecologically Sustainable or sustainable environmental architecture and the addition of the economy to the site. Keyword : Hotel, MICE, TOD, Green Architecture, Ekologis Banyaknya jumlah transportasi umum yang disediakan pemerintah DKI Jakarta tidak dimanfaatkan oleh warga yang lebih cenderung memilih kendaraan pribadi. Pertumbuhan angka kendaraan pribadi yang cukup tinggi memberikan kontribusi terhadap pencemaran udara di DKI Jakarta pada saat ini tahun 2019 DKI Jakarta memasuki peringkat kedua untuk udara paling kotor sedunia. Hotel bisnis dan MICE berpusat pada pusat bisnis Ekonomi yang berdekatan dengan Mall Cibubur dan taman rekreasi Wiladatika Serta semua terintegrasi dengan stasiun LRT Cibubur. Adapun konsep dasar perancangan untuk mencapai visi dan misi “Green Architecture” yaitu dengan menggunakan konsep Ekologis Sustainable atau arsitektur lingkungan yang berkelanjutan serta penambahan ekonomi pada site tersebut.
