Abstract

Vacationing is one of the needs that must be met for urban communities at this time in order to relieve boredom from the dense urban activity. The large number of construction of hotels and office buildings around the city also causes urban areas to become congested and increasingly less land to build. In addition, there is increasingly less green open land in urban areas. Resort hotels are generally located in places with beautiful views, mountains, seaside, etc. which are not damaged by city crowds, heavy and noisy traffic, "concrete forests", and urban pollution. In resort hotels, proximity to the main attractions and associated with recreational activities are the main objectives of the market and will affect the price. (Fred, 1995). Lido Lake Hotel Resort is a 5 star hotel under MNC management. The hotel has a stunning panoramic view of Lake Lido. The concept that will be applied is "Modern Natural" themed "Experience Nature in Totally Comfort" which means the experience is close to nature and with maximum comfort. Keywords: Resort Hotel, Lido Lake Hotel Resort, Interior Design Berlibur merupakan salah satu kebutuhan yang harus terpenuhi bagi masyarakat urban pada saat ini guna melepas kejenuhan dari padatnya aktivitas perkotaan. Banyaknya pembangunan hotel dan gedung-gedung perkantoran di sekitar kota juga menyebabkan area perkotaan menjadi padat dan semakin berkurangnya lahan bangun. Selain itu semakin sedikitnya tersisa lahan terbuka hijau di daerah perkotaan. Hotel resort pada umumnya berada di tempat-tempat dengan pemandangan indah, pegunungan, tepi pantai, dan sebagainya, yang tidak dirusak oleh keramaian kota, lalu lintas yang padat dan bising, “hutan beton”, dan polusi perkotaan. Pada hotel resort, kedekatan dengan atraksi utama dan berhubungan dengan kegiatan rekreasi merupakan tujuan utama pasar dan akan berpengaruh pada harganya. Lido Lake Hotel Resort merupakan hotel bintang 5 yang berada dibawah manajemen MNC Hotel ini memiliki panorama danau lido yang memukau. Konsep yang akan diterapkan adalah “Modern Natural” dengan bertemakan “Experience Nature in Totally Comfort” yang berarti pengalaman dekat dengan alam dan dengan kualitas kenyamanan yang maksimal.
