Abstract

This research is an analysis of the application of Mobile Learning application with Google Classroom in the world of education at SMAN 109 Jakarta using Quality of Experience (QoE) method. So that it can improve the teaching and learning process that can help students and students to improve their learning outcomes. In this study using QoE methodology method that aims to know the experience in the satisfaction and feasibility of an application from the end user side. In this case it is Mobile Learning that uses the google classroom app. This is to see the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process online efficiently. As for the classification on the QoE method using observations and questionnaires in data collection. For quantitative data collection obtained from the results of filling respondents experience students who already use the google classroom application. As for observations are made to see the activities of students in the use of the application. The population used in the data collection is all students of SMAN 109 Jakarta a total of 746 students. The results of analysis in Mobile Learning research using Google Classroom with Quality of Experience (QoE) method can be said to be worth using for the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities on mobile. In an effort to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning using Google Classroom by looking at quality of experience (QoE) methods, it can be concluded that the application is very effective in learning to teach online. It can also maximize in feedback activities between students and faculty at SMAN 109 Jakarta in a transparent and fast. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan analisa penerapan aplikasi Mobile Learning dengan Google Classroom pada dunia pendidikan di SMAN 109 Jakarta yang menggunakan metode Quality of Experience (QoE). Sehingga dapat meningkatkan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa dan siswi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode metodologi QoE yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman dalam kepuasan dan kelayakan suatu aplikasi dari sisi pengguna akhir. Dalam hal ini adalah Mobile Learning yang menggunakan aplikasi google classroom. Hal tersebut untuk melihat efektifitas proses belajar mengajar secara daring (online) secara efisien. Adapun untuk klasifikasi pada metode QoE tersebut menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner dalam pengumpulan data. Untuk pengumpulan data kuantitatif didapat dari hasil pengisian responden pengalaman siswa-siswi yang sudah menggunakan aplikasi google classroom. Sedangkan untuk observasi dilakukan untuk melihat aktifitas siswa-siswi dalam penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Populasi yang digunakan pada pengumpulan data adalah seluruh siswa-siswi SMAN 109 Jakarta sejumlah 746 siswa-siswi. Hasil analisa dalam penelitian Mobile Learning dengan menggunakan Google Classroom dengan metode Quality of Experience (QoE) dapat dikatakan layak digunakan untuk efektifitas kegiatan belajar mengajar secara mobile. Dalam upaya meningkatkan efektifitas belajar mengajar penggunaan Google Classroom dengan melihat metode Quality Of Experience (QoE), maka dapat disimpulkan aplikasi tersebut sangat efektif dalam belajar mengajar secara online. Hal tersebut juga dapat memaksimalkan dalam aktifitas umpan balik antara peserta didik dan tenaga pengajar di SMAN 109 Jakarta secara transparan dan cepat.
