Abstract

Tourism is one of the industrial sectors being promoted by the Government of Indonesia, with the aim of increasing the country's foreign exchange and economic income in general, expanding and employment opportunities, encouraging other industrial activities, introducing, empowering the use of natural beauty and Indonesian culture, and increasing national friendship and international. Bandung City is one of the vacation destinations for tourists, both local and foreign, considering the natural wealth of Bandung in the form of natural views such as tea gardens, mountains, pine forests besides the city of Bandung is also rich in traditional arts and traditional architecture. So it is important to facilitate tourists to stay temporarily or who will recreation in it, a facility and service at a large level that focuses its planning on relaxation and recreation requires a hotel and resort. Kata kunci : Tourism, Traditional Architecture, Hotel and Resort. Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor industri yang sedang digalakkan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan devisa negara dan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat pada umumnya, perluasan dan kesempatan kerja, mendorong kegiatan industry lain, memperkenalkan, mendaya gunakan keindahan alam dan kebudayaan Indonesia, serta meningkatkan persahabatan nasional dan internasional. Kota Bandung merupakan salah satu destinasi berlibur bagi para wisatawan, baik lokal maupun asing, mengingat kekayaan alam bandung berupa view alam natural seperti kebun teh, pegunungan, hutan pinus selain itu kota bandung juga kaya dengan kesenian traditional dan arsitektur tradionalnya. Maka pentingnya untuk memfasilitasi wisatawan untuk tinggal sementara ataupun yang akan berekreasi didalamnya, sebuah fasilitas dan pelayanan dalam tingkatan yang besar yang memfokuskan perencanaannya pada relaksasi dan rekreasi dibutuhkan sebuah hotel dan resort. Kata kunci : Pariwisata, Arsitekur Traditional, Hotel dan Resort.
