Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Profitability Ratios, Operating Cash Flow (OCF), and Dividend Policy to stock price. This population of this research is publicly traded manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period from 2012 to 2016. Samples were selected by purposive sampling method to acquired 32 companies. The results showed that the variables Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Dividend Per Share (DPS) have significant positive effect on the share price, while Operating Cash Flow (OCF) doesn’t have significant effect on an increase in stock price. Keywords: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Operating Cash Flow (OCF), Return On Equity (ROE), Dividend Per Share (DPS), and Stock Price Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rasio Profitabilitas, Operating Cash Flow (OCF), dan Dividend policy terhadap Harga Saham (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia). Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur go public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun periode 2012 sampai 2016. Sampel diseleksi dengan purposive sampling method hingga diperoleh 32 perusahaan. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah pooling data.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Dividend Per Share (DPS) menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan variabel Operating Cash Flow (OCF) tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan harga saham.
