Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the accessibility element of disabled in CBD Ciledug Mall shopping center and to find out how feasible accessibility facilities provided for disabled people become CBD Ciledug Mall visitors compared with the standards of Minister of Public Works Regulation No.30 /PRT/ M / 2006, also the importance of accessibility facilities for people with disabilities in accordance with existing rules, in order to have equality in terms of accessibility to public buildings. Measure data collection with Qualitative Methods are: Methods of literature and methods of observation, and parameter measurement scale assessment is done on technical aspects and functional aspects using rating scale. Results from the evaluation study accessibility in CBD Mall Ciledug Assessment Less Good for the disabled. Key words: Elements of Accessibility, Difabel, Shopping Center Mall CBD Ciledug ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengevaluasi elemen aksesibilitas difabel di pusat perbelanjaan Mall CBD Ciledug dan mengetahui seberapa layak sarana dan prasarana aksesibilitas yang disediakan bagi difabel yang menjadi pengunjung Mall CBD Ciledug dibandingkan dengan standar-standar Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.30/PRT/M/2006, juga pentingnya sarana aksesibilitas bagi masyarakat difabel yang sesuai dengan aturan-aturan yang ada, agar ada kesetaraan dalam hal kemudahan aksesibilitas pada bangunan publik. Meode pengumpulan data dengan Metode Kualitatif yaitu : Metode literatur dan metode observasi, dan Parameter pengukuran skala penilaian dilakukan pada aspek teknis dan aspek fungsional menggunakan rating scale. Hasil dari Penelitian evaluasi tersebut aksesibilitas di Mall CBD Ciledug Penilaian Kurang Baik bagi difabel. Kata kuci: Elemen Aksesibilitas, Difabel, Pusat Perbelanjaan Mall CBD Ciledug
