Abstract

Bisnis jasa Facility Service, terutama jasa Integrated Pest Management merupakan bisnis yang berada dalam lingkungan dinamis dan penuh persaingan sehingga dituntut harus selalu memenangkan persaingan dengan menetapkan strategi bisnis yang tepat. Strategi bisnis yang dipilih ialah dengan pendekatan manajemen strategik Balanced Scorecard yang dijabarkan kedalam empat perspektif, yaitu perspektif finansial, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan di divisi IPM PT. ISS Servisystem. Obyek penelitian yang diambil ialah karyawan dan pelanggan divisi IPM PT. ISS Servisystem, melalui data sekunder yang telah tersedia di perusahaan. Dari hasil pengukuran performansi perusahaan terlihat hasil yang kurang baik justru terdapat pada perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan melalui dimensi Employee Turn Over yaitu sebesar 93.8% dari target 98% yang telah ditetapkan dari perusahaan. Sedangkan untuk tiga perspektif yang lain menunjukan nilai yang sama dengan target atau lebih baik. Kesenjangan inilah yang akan diperbaiki dengan analisa diagram tulang ikan dan analisa Improvement untuk mengatasi kesenjangan yang ada di perusahaan. Perencanaan strategi dan pengukuran performansi perusahaan memegang peranan penting untuk mengukur sejauh mana keberhasilan dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Hal penting yang harus dipahami oleh jajaran manajemen ialah implementasi Balanced Scorecard harus dimulai dari peranan dan tanggung jawab manajemen puncak, usaha sosialisasi serta partisipasi seluruh karyawan secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan agar selalu dapat memenangkan persaingan. Facility service industry, including Integrated Pest Management is a business that stays in dynamic environment and hard competition so that it must determine to choose the correct business strategy in other to win hard competition in this business. Strategy business that has been set will be formulated four perspective that consist of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. This research only conduct at Integrated Pest Management division PT. ISS Servisystem. The secunder data is taken from employee and customer of this division. The result of Balanced Scorecard measurement showed that the learning and growth perspective had the lowest value, which is for the dimension of employee turn over equal to 93,8% from goals 98 %. While the other three perspective value showing equal to goals or showed better performance. The gap from this research will be analyzed with fish bone and improvement diagram to overcome existing problems. The company strategy and performance measurement become an important portion to measure company’s performance activities in business. Balanced Scorecard implementation is must started from the role and renponsibility of the top management, socialized efforts and participation from every employee with continuesly and for all aspect in other to win hard competition.
