Abstract
Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan dewasa ini semakin berat karena adanya pasar global yang besar, persaingan yang ketat, masalah kependudukan yang bertambah banyak dan perubahan yang melaju dengan cepat. Perusahaan-perusahaan berusaha keras untuk membangun organisasi atau dengan strategi baru, teknik beroperasi yang mutakhir dan cara berfikir yang kreatif dan profesional mengenai apa tindakan mereka untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan bisnis. Kondisi kerja yang baik akan membuat para karyawan dalam melaksanakan kinerjanya akan baik pula. Para karyawan merasa perusahaan memperlakukan mereka dengan baik dan semata-mata tidak memeras tenaga mereka saja, tetapi yang memperhatikan kebutuhan-kebutuhan dan keinginan-keinginan mereka melalui berbagai kebijaksanaan yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk fasilitas. Apabila kondisi kerja diperhatikan dengan baik maka prestasi kerja karyawan juga akan baik. Challenges faced by companies today increasingly severe due to large global markets, intense competition, and growing population problems and changes that sped off. These companies strive to build an organization or with new strategies, operate the cutting-edge techniques and ways of thinking creatively and professionally about what their actions to adapt to business environment. Good working conditions will make the employees in carrying out its performance will be good also. The employees feel the company treated them well and simply not taxing them, but that takes into account the needs and desires through various policies embodied in the facility. If the working conditions with a good note the work performance of employees will also be good.
