Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketertarikan akan perilaku perempuan di Sekretariat Jenderal DPD, khususnya PNS Perempuan Senior DPD yang berdomisili di Jakarta, tentang Drama Queen PNS di Lingkungan Setjen DPD RI. Bagaiman PNS Perempuan DPD menjadi seorang Drama Queen dan seolah peran gandanya menjadi suatu kendala dalam memerankanya. Ada PNS yang bekerja hanya di DPD saja dan ada PNS yang mencari tambahan di luar sebagai PNS yang tujuannya untuk membantu perekonomian keluarga. Walaupun PNS Perempuan mempunyai keinginan dari dalam diri sendiri untuk bekerja tetapi ia tidak juga menutup kemungkinan ada faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhinya terhadap kehidupan sehari-harinya sebagai ibu rumah tangga sekaligus seorang PNS DPD. Penelitian ini juga melihat bagaimana pola pikir seorang perempuan PNS dalam peran gandanya sebagaimana hasil wawancara mendalam tentang bagaimana peran publik dan peran domestik seorang PNS perempuan senior DPD dengan kendala-kendala yang dia hadapi dan bagaimana analisa konstruk kedua dengan paradigma konstruktivis, yaitu menganalisa peran publik dan peran domestik terhadap front stage (panggung depan) dan back stage (panggung belakang) yang terkait dengan teori fenomenologi, teori Dramaturgi, dan teori Peran, sehingga akan dapat menjelaskan fenomena sesuai dengan metode kualitatif. Dari hasil analisis itu ditemukan bahwa PNS Perempuan Senior DPD cenderung mampu memerankan peran gandanya sebagai peran domestik dan peran publik walaupun ada beberapa yang tidak berjalan baik dalam memerankan peran gandanya. Berdasarkan penelitian, meskipun suami adalah pemimpin yang bertanggung jawab atas pendapatan keluarga, sebagian besar wanita cenderung menjadi peran domestik untuk memenuhi kesejahteraan keluarga. Jadi situasi ini menciptakan efek bumerang bagi dirinya. Singkatnya, penelitian ini diciptakan untuk memberikan informasi lebih lanjut tentang peran ganda rumah tangga di tempat kerja DPD, dengan pengharapan semua karyawan wanita yang rumah tangga di kantor Setjen DPD bisa memahami Peran deskripsi pekerjaan mereka dan tanggung jawab sebagai seorang istri dan ibu dalam keluarga. This research is motivated by the interest in the behavior of women in the Secretariat General of DPD RI, specially of civil servants of DPD Senior Women who live in Jakarta, it’s about the Drama Queen of the civil servants in the Secretariat General DPD. PNS Women in DPD being a Drama Queen and seemed to do a dual role getting the obstacles in her role. There are some civil servants who work only in the DPD and some civil servants who seek additional outside as civil servants whose purpose is to help the family economy. Although PNS Women have the desire of the self to work, but he also did not rule out the possibility there are external factors that influence the daily life as a housewife as well as a civil servant DPD. This study also looked at how the mindset of a female civil servant in his dual role as in-depth interviews about how the role of public and domestic roles of a senior female civil servants DPD with the constraints he faces and how to construct a second analysis with the constructivist paradigm, which analyzes the role of public and domestic role of the front stage (front stage) and back stage (back stage) associated with a phenomenological theory, the theory of dramaturgy, and the role of theory, so it will be able to explain the phenomenon according to qualitative methods. From the analysis it was found that the DPD Senior Women civil servants tend to be able to portray the role of its dual role as domestic and public roles, although there are some that are not going well in playing the dual role. Based on the research, even though the husband is the leader in charge of the family income, most women tend to do a domestic role to meet the family's welfare. So, this situation creates a boomerang effect for own her self. In summary, this study was created to provide more information about the dual role of the household in the workplace DPD, with the hope of all female employees in the office of the General Secretariat of households DPD can understand the role of their job description and responsibilities as a wife and mother in the family.
