Abstract
The advancement of the business world is supported by a system of processing information and good management. The success of an information system is strongly influenced by the data processing system which is an element of the preparation of such systems. The more accurate and easy to redisplay the data contained in the data processing system, it will further improve the quality of the organization. No exception to the workshop as a place of business management and as a place to obtain information. PT. Selaras is a Vendor / 3rd Party from Honda Imora in automotive (car distributor Brand Honda), Honda Imora a garage owner trust PT. Selaras to manage the workshop Car Body Repair, Car workshop is focused on body repair services, the majority of car insurance is partnering with HONDA. Currently PT Selaras still use conventional ways to monitor the process works. In preparation for expansion into several branches in several cities, the manager of the workshop will be to implement the application of information technology in-process work, with use of information technology is expected later in the workshop work processes more termonitoring car body repair, and control, as well as customer satisfaction and confidence increases or pemillik workshop.Keywords: Automobile repair, Workshop, Monitoring Kemajuan dunia bisnis didukung oleh sistem pengolahan informasi dan manajemen yang baik. Keberhasilan suatu sistem informasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh sistem pengolahan data yang merupakan elemen dari penyusunan sistem tersebut. Semakin akurat dan mudah data yang terdapat dalam sistem pengolahan data untuk ditampilkan kembali, maka akan semakin meningkatkan kualitas organisasi. Tidak terkecuali pada bengkel sebagai tempat pengelolaan bisnis dan tempat untuk memperoleh informasi. PT Selaras merupakan Vendor / Pihak Ke-3 dari Honda Imora di bidang otomotif (distributor mobil Merk Honda). Honda Imora selaku pemilik bengkel memercayakan PT Selaras untuk mengelola bengkel Car Body Repair. Bengkel mobil ini berfokus pada layanan perbaikan bodi mobil, di mana mayoritas asuransi mobil bermitra dengan HONDA. Saat ini PT Selaras masih menggunakan cara konvensional untuk memantau proses kerja. Dalam persiapan ekspansi ke beberapa cabang di beberapa kota, pengelola bengkel akan menerapkan aplikasi teknologi informasi dalam proses kerja. Dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi tersebut, diharapkan proses kerja pemantauan perbaikan bodi mobil dan kontrol di bengkel menjadi lebih terawasi, serta kepuasan dan kepercayaan pelanggan maupun pemilik bengkel dapat meningkat.
