Abstract

Addendum adalah istilah dalam surat perjanjian yang berarti tambahan klausula yang secara fisik terpisah dari perjanjian pokoknya namun secara hukum melekat pada perjanjian pokok yang dilakukan guna untuk memenuhi tujuan bisnis dan menjadi permintaan dari debitur jika suku bunga pasar KPR sedang tinggi. Untuk proses pembuatan aplikasi adendum menggunakan model UML (The Unified Modeling Language), dilakukan mulai dari identifikasi dan analisis masalah, analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi sistem dan pengujian. Dengan perancangan aplikasi menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan SQL Server sebagai database, Sehingga aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu PIC Addendum dalam pembuatan SPPK (Surat persetujuan perubahan kredit) addendum, monitoring, dan pelaporan pengikatan akad addendum secara akurat.
