Abstract

PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta is a private company engaged in the field of telecommunications and computer networks in Indonesia. Currently, PT. Aplikasnusa Lintasarta has some customers, especially companies engaged in industry, banking and commercial. Customers Aplikasnusa Lintasarta PT usage of telecommunications and computer networks in Indonesia in the operations as a data transfer medium. In the presentation the customer requires maintenance and private maintenance. For that we need a tool that can assist in monitoring the monthly customer data in the form of application systems. This application aims to create a report on all the data reported in the customer quickly and accurately, and can tabulate all customer data in each month. All reports generated will be called Operation Maintenance report. This system will be built using android with mySQL database. In this application, part database administrator who has access to view all existing data and also create a user account for the new admin. For its own technician assigned to input report data on a daily basis. Admin makes validation of input data in the technician While the site manager will do the recap data. Hopefully with this system, monitoring customer data reports can give more convenience and give a positive value for the PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta in serving its customers. Aplikanusa Lintasarata adalah sebuah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi dan jaringan komputer di Indonesia. Saat ini PT. Aplikasnusa Lintasarta mempunyai beberapa pelanggan khususnya perusahaan yang bergerak di industri, perbankan dan komersial. Pelanggan PT Aplikasnusa Lintasarta melakukan pemakaian telekomunikasi dan jaringan komputer di Indonesia dalam kegiatan operasional sebagai media transfer data. Dalam penyajiannya pelanggan membutuhkan maintenance dan private maintenance Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu sarana yang dapat membantu dalam memonitoring data customer bulannya yaitu berupa sistem aplikasi. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk membuat laporan tentang semua data laporan pada customer secara cepat dan akurat, serta dapat tabulasi seluruh data pelanggan dalam setiap bulannya. Semua laporan yang dihasilkan akan disebut dengan laporan Operation Maintenance. Sistem ini akan dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman android dengan database mySQL. Pada aplikasi ini bagian database administrator yang mempunyai akses untuk melihat seluruh data yang ada dan juga membuat user account untuk admin baru. Untuk teknisi tersendiri bertugas untuk melakukan input data laporan pada setiap harinya. Admin membuat validasi data yang di input teknisi Sedangkan site manager akan melakukan rekap data. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini, monitoring laporan data pelanggan dapat lebih memberikan kemudahan dan memberikan nilai positif bagi PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta dalam melayani pelanggannya.
