Abstract

Pengambilan barang dari perusahaan kertas yang ingin mengerjakan finishing di PT Super Laksana dan pengiriman barang yang telah dikerjakan sehingga mempengaruhi aset kendaraan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan PT Super Laksana, sehingga dibutuhkan perawatan aset berupa kendaraan mesin varnish,mesin laminating, AC(air conditioner),dan genset dengan maksimal.prosedur manual tersebut tidak terorganisir dengan baik sehingga beberapa actor yang seharusnya terlibat menjadi terlewati juga terhadap laporan arsip manual yang rentan terhadap resiko kerusakan dan kehilangan. Sistem informasi terkomputerisasi yang dibahas didalam tugas akhir ini dirancang untuk melakukan proses pemeliharaan aset dan laporan serta perbaikan aset surat laporan kepada perusahaan. Sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu solusi pemecahan masalah serta kendala yang ditemukan dan dapat meningkatkan efektifitas pelaksanaan proses pengolahan aset yang dipunyai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Manajemen aset, Sistem Informasi, Laporan, waterfall, UML Making goods from a paper company that wants to work on finishing in PT Super Laksana and delivery of goods that has been done thus affecting vehicle assets owned by the company PT Super Laksana, so it takes care of assets such as vehicle engine varnish, machine, AC (air conditioner), and genset with the manual maximum.prosedur not well organized so that multiple actors involved should be passed, as well as to report the manual records that are susceptible to the risk of damage and System computerized information discussed in this final project is designed to make the process of asset maintenance and reports as well as mprovement of paper assets to company, report is expected to be one of the solutions to problems and constraints encountered and can improve the effectiveness of processing assets owned company.
