Abstract
Kemajuan Teknologi mendorong manusia untuk melakukan berbagai penelitian, berbagai inovasi, berbagai ide yang dapat dikembangkan dikemudian hari sehingga membantu manusia untuk menuju kehidupan yang lebih maju dan berwawasan teknologi. Maka dari itu saya tertarik untuk membuat sistem yang memudahkan kan PT.Elang Music Entertaintment dalam kinerja nya.Sistem yang dibuat adalah sistem laporan pendistribusian dan penjualan album ke toko-toko kaset.Admin mendapat laporan dari bagian produksi berupa laporan jumlah album yang di produksi dan biaya yang digunakan untuk dalam proses produksi serta laporan dari bagian sales & marketing berupa data penjualan dan pemasaran album ke toko-toko kaset, serta data persediaan album sistem yang telah disediakan kemudian admin mengubah status request menjadi verified . Data barang yang di distribusikan mencakup jenis dan quantity. Setelah proses distribusi dan pemasaran selesai maka dilakukan pembuatan laporan umum dari data-data album yang diproduksi, data penjualan,data biaya produksi serta data persediaan. Setelah selesai dalam pembuatan laporan Kemudian pimpinan dapat melihat laporan tersebut. Hal ini tentu saja akan memudahkan proses distribusi yang akan berjalan serta berbagai pihak yang terkait untuk mendapatkan penyajian data laporan yang relevan cepat tepat dan akurat. Kata kunci : aplikasi, distributor, vendor Technology Advancement encourage people to undertake various studies, various innovations, ideas that can be developed in the future so as to help people to lead lives of more advanced and insightful technology. Therefore I am interested in creating a system that facilitates the PT.Elang Music Entertainment in its performance. The system is a system made report on the distribution and sales of the album to record stores. Admin received a report from the production of the album in the form of a report on the amount of production and costs used for the production process as well as the reports of the sales and marketing in the form of sales and marketing data album to record stores, as well as album inventory data system that has been provided then admin change the status of the request be verified. Data items distributed include the type and quantity. After the distribution and marketing process is completed then be making a general statement of the data produced albums, sales data, the data production costs and inventory data. After completion of the making of the report then the leadership can view the report. This of course will facilitate the distribution process will run as well as the various stakeholders to obtain the presentation of the relevant report data quickly and accurately.
