Abstract

At each of monitoring a water level in a dam must have a system that could facilitate the retrieval of data from a height water. in a water level in the dam market The new city is still using manually Tangerang is written in the diary, so not to facilitate the operator to monitor an altitude every day, then the author tries to make an application monitoring a water level of information that can display a record of water level data collection by displaying graphically and provide information to the community faster then the result of water level data collection can be directly sent via sms gateway inputted from dam operators in new markets tangerang city. In this application every village will be let through sms if circum stances weir new markets in a standby state, so that the parties on the municipality can provide an early warning to the public to prepare for flooding if circumstances Cisadane River overflowed. Keywords: Bendung Pasar Baru, Monitoring water level, Sms Gateway, Website Pada setiap kegiatan monitoring suatu ketinggian air di suatu bendung harus mempunyai suatu sistem yang bisa memudahkan dalam pengambilan data dari ketinggian air.Dalam pengambilan data suatu ketinggian air di bendung pasar baru kota tangerang masih menggunakan secara manual yaitu ditulis dalam buku agenda, Sehingga tidak dapat memudahkan operator untuk memonitoring suatu ketinggian setiap hari nya, maka itu penulis mencoba membuat aplikasi informasi monitoring suatu ketinggian air yang dapat menampilkan record dari pengambilan data ketinggian air dengan menampilkan secara grafik dan memberikan informasi terhadap masyarkat yang lebih cepat maka hasil dari pengambilan data ketinggian air tersebut dapat langsung dikirimkan melalui sms gateway yang diinput dari operator di bendung pasar baru kota tangerang. Pada aplikasi ini setiap kelurahan akan di beritahu melalui sms jika keadaan bendung pasar baru sudah dalam keadaan siaga, agar pihak dari kelurahan dapat memberikan suatu peringatan dini terhadap masyarakat untuk bersiap-siap menghadapi banjir jika keadaan sungai cisadane meluap.
