Abstract

LMS (Learning Management System) adalah suatu metode dalam bidang pendidikan khususnya E-Learning yang fungsinya untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran, seperti memfasilitasi berbagai macam bentuk materi instruksional (teks, audio, video), e-mail, chat, diskusi online, forum, kuis dan penugasan. Sedangkan Mind Mapping adalah metode yang cara kerjanya sesuai dengan cara kerja alami otak. Metode ini mempunyai unsur kanvas untuk menggambar, pusat Mind Mapping, cabang utama, cabang-cabang, kata, warna dan gambar. Kedua metode ini mempermudah sistem pembelajaran yang bersifat konvensional dan dihadapkan oleh siswa. Pokok pembahasannya difokuskan pada subjek mata pelajaran MIPA (Matematika, Fisika, Biologi dan Kimia). Untuk metode analisa berorientasi objek UML (Unified Modelling Language) seperti use case diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram dan class diagram. Aplikasi yang dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# (framework ASP.NET) dan database SQL Server. Dengan permasalahan yang ada, penulis tertarik untuk membuat "Perancangan Mind Mapping MIPA Berbasis Website Untuk Tingkat SMA Dengan Metode LMS (Learning Management System)" yang diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi siswa yaitu untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang efektif, efisien, interaktif dan kreatif. UNIVERSITAS MERCU BUANA Kata kunci: LMS (Learning Management System), Mind Mapping, ASP.NET LMS (Learning Management System) is a method in the field of education, especially the E-Learning function is to support the learning process, such as facilitating various forms of instructional materials (text, audio, video), email, chat, online discussions, forums, quizzes and assignments. While Mind Mapping is a method that works in accordance with the natural workings of the brain. This method has a canvas element to draw, Mind Mapping center, main branch, branches, words, colors and images. Both of these methods simplify the conventional learning system and are faced by students. Principal subject of the discussion focused on the subjects of Mathematics and Science (Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry). For object-oriented analysis method UML (Unified Modeling Language) such as use case diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and class diagram. Applications created using programming language C# (ASP.NET framework) and database SQL Server. With the existing problems, the author is interested in creating "Design Mind Mapping Website Based MIPA For High School Level Methods LMS (Learning Management System)" which is expected to resolve the issue faced by students is to create a learning atmosphere that is effective, efficient, interactive, and creative.
