Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility dan Leverage terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Profitabilitas sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019 – 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, sehingga total 15 sampel penelitian digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dan Uji Sobel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Corporate Social Responsibility , Leverage dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan; Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan; Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan; Profitabilitas mampu memediasi Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan; dan Profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi Leverage terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. The objective of this study is to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Leverage on Company Value with Profitability as a mediating variable. The population in this study consists of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2019-2023. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 15 research samples used in this study. The data analysis techniques employed in this research are panel data regression and the Sobel test. The analysis results indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility, Leverage, and Profitability have a significant positive effect on Company Value; Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant positive effect on Company Value; Leverage does not effect Company Value; Profitability is able to mediate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Company Value; and Profitability is not able to mediate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Company Value.
