Abstract

The U-Turn on Jalan Raya Bogor in front of Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati is one of the causes of congestion because its position is too close to the exit of Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati so that it cuts and blocks straight access. The main objective to be achieved in this study is to find alternative solutions for improving the performance of Jalan Raya Bogor in front of Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati. The analysis method uses PKJI 2023 and VISSIM software. Data collection is done by direct survey process in the field on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 06.00-09.00, 11.00-14.00 and 17.00-20.00. Based on the survey results, the highest peak hour was obtained on Friday at 18.00-19.00 from the Bogor direction of 2806 vehicles/hour and from the Jakarta direction on Friday at 17.00-18.00 of 3109 vehicles/hour. The results of the performance analysis of the Jalan Raya Bogor section based on PKJI 2023 show the value of traffic flow (Q) from the Bogor direction of 1871.2 smp / hour and from the Jakarta direction of 2042.8 smp / hour, free flow speed (VB) in each direction of 54.013 km / hour with road capacity (C) 3253.120 smp / hour so that the degree of saturation (DJ) is obtained from the Bogor direction of 0.58 and from the Jakarta direction of 0.63 which is included in the level of service category C. Based on the results of analysis and simulation with VISSIM, alternative 2, which is engineering even odd application for MP vehicles, shows the best impact to improve the performance of the road section. By implementing this alternative, the volume and length of the queue decreased, the speed increased from the existing speed and the level of service was obtained from the Bogor and Jakarta directions into category B. U-Turn yang ada pada ruas Jalan Raya Bogor di depan Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati menjadi salah satu menyebab kemacetan karena posisinya terlalu dekat pintu keluarnya Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati sehingga memotong dan menghambat akses yang lurus. Tujuan utama yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah menentukan alternatif solusi untuk meningkatkan kinerja ruas jalan Raya Bogor di depan Lippo Plaza Kramat Jati. Metode analisis menggunaan PKJI 2023 dan software VISSIM. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan proses survey langsung di lapangan pada hari Senin, Rabu dan Jumat pukul 06.00-09.00, 11.00-14.00 dan 17.00-20.00. Berdasarkan hasil survey diperoleh jam puncak tertinggi yaitu pada hari Jumat pukul 18.00-19.00 dari arah Bogor sebanyak 2806 kend/jam dan dari arah Jakarta pada hari Jumat pukul 17.00-18.00 sebanyak 3109 kend/jam. Hasil analisis kinerja ruas Jalan Raya Bogor berdasarkan PKJI 2023 menunjukan nilai arus lalu lintas (Q) dari arah Bogor sebesar 1871,2 smp/jam dan dari arah Jakarta sebesar 2042,8 smp/jam, kecepatan arus bebas (VB) masing-masing arah 54,013 km/jam dengan kapasitas jalan (C) 3253,120 smp/jam sehingga didapat nilai derajat kejenuhan (DJ) dari arah Bogor sebesar 0,58 dan dari arah Jakarta sebesar 0,63 yang masuk dalam tingkat pelayanan kategori C. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan simulasi dengan VISSIM, alternatif 2 yaitu rekayasa penerapan ganjil genap untuk kendaraan MP menunjukan hasil yang paling baik dampaknya untuk meningkatkan kinerja ruas jalan tersebut. Dengan menerapkan alternatif ini, jumlah volume dan panjang antrian mengalami penurunan, kecepatannya mengalami peningkatan dari kecepatan eksistingnya serta didapatkan tingkat pelayanan dari arah Bogor dan Jakarta masuk ke dalam kategori B.
