Abstract
The technological impact of industry 4.0 has transformed the manufacturing industry and created economic value over the last four years. Various existing technologies can help managers make the right decisions by combinging materials in real time in warehouse management. Information technology can support information needs, data processing and communication well. With information technology, someone can access information quickly and easily and can manage and process data to solve problems and run a business well. In the impelementation of information system technology, it is still not carried out optimally, there are several divisions that are not running in accordance with their functions. The case that really took up the company’s attention and time was the problem of managing warehouse division stock data whichwas not resolved properly. The author will create Business Process Reengineering in the warehouse divisions of PT. Intan Metalindo uses a Business Process Management framework with the aim that data management and processes can be monitored in real time. Kata Kunci : Business Process Reengineering, Business Process Management, warehouse Dampak teknologi dari industri 4.0 telah mengubah industri manufaktur dan menciptakan nilai ekonomi selama empat tahun terakhir. Berbagai teknologi yang ada dapat membantu para manajer untuk membuat keputusan yang tepat dengan memantau material secara realtime dalam manajemen Gudang. Teknologi informasi dapat mendukung kebutuhan informasi, pengolahan data, dan komunikasi dengan baik. Dengan teknologi informasi seseorang dapat mengakses informasi dengan cepat dan mudah serta dapat mengelola dan mengolah data untuk memecahkan masalah dan menjalankan bisnis dengan baik. Pada penerapannya teknologi sistem informasi masih belum dilakukan secara optimal, terdapat beberapa divisi yang berjalan tidak sesuai dengan fungsinya. Kasus yang sangat menyita perhatian dan waktu pada Perusahaan ini adalah masalah pengelolaan data stok divisi warehouse yang tidak terselesaikan dengan baik. Penulis akan membuat Business Process Reengineering pada divisi warehouse PT. Intan Metalindo menggunakan framework Business Process Management dengan tujuan agar pengelolaan data dan proses nya dapat di pantau secara realtime.
