Abstract

The need for electrical energy is very important for business and office growth. The good quality of electrical energy service required cannot be separated from the reliability of the supporting electrical system. Therefore, research was carried out regarding the reliability of the electrical system at PLN ULP Prima Krakatau, which is a special unit that handles business and office customers with Medium Voltage and High Voltage services. The problem is that almost 99% of electrical energy distribution assets use Medium Voltage Cable Insulation (SKTM). Therefore, an SKTM cable assessment is implemented to ensure that the SKTM cables used are in a reliable condition and can monitor the condition of the cable for continuous improvement before cable problems or cable breakdowns occur. The data source for this research was obtained from PLN ULP Prima Krakau internally. The data is divided into two, namely data from 2020 where an SKTM cable assessment has not been carried out and data from 2021 to 2023 where an SKTM cable assessment has been carried out. Based on the results of the analysis of the application of the SKTM cable assessment to the electrical system reliability index, namely SAIDI, SAIFI and ENS, it was found that the SKTM cable assessment can increase the reliability of the electrical system. With the results of the SKTM cable assessment, 5 groupings of cable categories and conditions were obtained from the 396 segments of the SKTM cable assessment results which became a reference for cable maintenance actions. Then the SAIDI value decreased by around 20% from 8% after the assessment was carried out, the SAIFI value decreased by around 23% from 1% after the assessment, and ENS experienced a significant decrease of 25% in 2023 after the SKTM cable assessment was carried out due to the reliability of the electrical system getting better. Kebutuhan energi listrik sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan bisnis dan perkantoran. Kualitas pelayanan energi listrik yang baik yang dibutuhkan, tidak terlepas dari kehandalan sistem kelistrikan yang mendukung. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian mengenai kehandalan sistem kelistrikan pada PLN ULP Prima Krakatau yang merupakan unit khusus yang menangani pelanggan-pelanggan pelaku bisnis dan perkantoran dengan layanan Tegangan Menegah dan Tegangan Tinggi. Permasalahannya adalah hampir 99% aset penyaluran energi listrik menggunakan Saluran Kabel Tegangan Menegah (SKTM) Oleh karena itu, diterapkan assessment kabel SKTM untuk menjaga agar kabel SKTM yang dipergunakan dalam keadaan handal dan dapat memonitor kondisi kabel tersebut untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan sebelum terjadi gangguan kabel atau kabel breakdown. Sumber data penelitian ini didapatkan dari internal PLN ULP Prima Kraktau. Data tersebut terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu data tahun 2020 dimana belum diadakan assessment kabel SKTM dan data tahun 2021 sampai tahun 2023 dimana assessment kabel SKTM telah dilaksanakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dari penerapan assessment kabel SKTM terhadap indeks kehandalan sistem kelistrikan yaitu SAIDI, SAIFI dan ENS, didapati bahwa assessment kabel SKTM dapat meningkatkan kehandalan sistem kelistrikan. Dengan hasil dari assessment kabel SKTM, didapatkan 5 pengelompokan kategori dan kondisi kabel dari 396 segmen hasil assessment kabel SKTM yang menjadi acuan tindakan maintenance kabel. Kemudian nilai SAIDI mengalami penurunan sekitar 20% dari 8% setelah dilakukan assessment, nilai SAIFI mengalami penurunan sekitar 23% dari 1% setelah dilakukan assessment, dan ENS mengalami penurunan signifikan 25% di tahun 2023 setelah berjalannya assessment kabel SKTM dikarenakan kehandalan sistem kelistrikan semakin membaik.
