Abstract
Indonesia adalah salah satu negara pengekspor barang.Dengan adanya aktifitas ekspor barang ini, dapat menambah pemasukan dapat menambahpemasukkan negara dan membuat Indonesia lebihdikenal. Proses ekspor ini dilakukan dengan mengirim barang melalui kapal laut. Dalam rutintitas sehari – hari, para eksportir harus datang kesetiap perusahaan pelayaran untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai muatan kapal yang dimuatdalam majalah infromasi kapal yang diterbitkan oleh pihak pelabuhan.Cara tersebut dinilai kurang efektif karena membutuhkan waktu yang lama, membuat biaya logistic bertambah dan informasi yang tidak real time.Dalam menjawab hal tersebut maka dibangunlah Aplikasi Informasi Muatan Ruang Kapal Kargo Berbasis Web Studi Kasus Depalindo.Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur serta implementasi dari tools yang adadan integrasi modul berdasarkan desain sistem dengan menggunakan kaidah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).). Hasil Aplikasi Informasi Muatan Ruang Kapal Kargo ini adalah fitur pengelolaan data muatan kapal, data muatan tersebut digunakan sebagai dasar dalampemesanan muatan kapal yang real timebagi para eksportir sehingga mereka dapat melakukan pengambilan keputusan dengan cepat dan mengurangi biaya logistik,terdapat juga fitur untuk melakukan pemesanan tentang jumlah pesanan muatan ruang kapal. Kata Kunci: Ekspor, Kapal, Muatan, Real Time,SDLC. Indonesia is the one of the countries that exporting goods. With the export activity, it can increase country’s income and make Indonesia more popular. The export process itself done by sending goods via ship. In the daily routines, the exporter must come to each shipping company to find out the information regarding cargo ship that published in the ship information magazine from port’s company. That ways is considered less effective because it takes long time, make the logisticcost increases and the information is not real time / up to date. To answer that, I built Web Based Information System Ship Cargo Case Study Depalindo. The research method used are literature study, the implementation of the existing tools, and also the integration module based design system with using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach. The result of this application is the feature for cargo ship data management, data can be used for the basis of ordering a boatload in the real time for the exporters, so they can make decisions quickly and decrease logistic cost, and there is also a feature to make a reservation on number of orders boatload.
