Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peran Job crafting sebagai mediator hubungan antara Empowering leadership dan Employee well- being pada pekerja di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik convenience sampling. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pekerja di Indonesia yang berusia 17-65 tahun. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 509 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif pada kategori dan analisis inferensial pada uji-uji yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini didapat dari process V.4.0 Model No 4 By Hayess dan menunjukan bahwa Job crafting memiliki peran sebagai mediator hubungan Empowering leadership dan Employee well-being pekerja di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa ketika seorang pemimpin memiliki sikap Empowering leadership dengan memberikan kekuatan dan dukungan kepada karyawannya dan karyawan memiliki fleksibilitas dan kendali untuk melakukan perubahan dalam pekerjaannya, hal ini akan meningkatkan kualitas Employee well-being. This study aims to determine whether there is a role of Job crafting as a mediator of the relationship between Empowering leadership and Employee well-being in workers in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative research methods with convenience sampling techniques. The subjects in this study were workers in Indonesia aged 17-65 years. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 509 respondents. This study uses descriptive analysis on categories and inferential analysis on tests conducted. The results of this study were obtained from process V.4.0 Model No. 4 By Hayess and showed that Job crafting has a role as a mediator of the relationship between Empowering leadership and Employee well-being of workers in Indonesia. Based on these results, it shows that when a leader has an Empowering leadership attitude by providing strength and support to his employees and employees have the flexibility and control to make changes in their work, this will improve the quality of Employee well-being.
