Abstract

The Highway Gatot Subroto is the connecting road of Tangerang city and Tangerang regency. Through several regions, Cimone, Jatiuwung, and Jatake. Gatot Subroto road section that wants to be researched Sta 3+000 – Sta 9+000, has type 4/2D (4 Lane 2 Direction Divided) and type 4 / 2UD (4 Lane 2 Way Undivided), primary arterial road function and large city size class, with road conditions that include commercial area, offices, shops, settlements, Education, shopping center hospital and so on. Because on this road there are also large factories that cause heavy traffic every time there is a change of factory working hours which is 07.00 - 09.00 WIB, 12.00 -13.00 WIB, and 16.00 – 18.00 so that the volume of traffic on the road, with relatively straight road conditions that cause many drivers to default in driving and result in accidents. In such conditions, this research was conducted to determine the rate of accidents and accident-prone areas that occur on this road and to find solutions to reduce the number of accidents on this road. This study used traffic accident data from 2018 to 2019 with AEK (Accident Equivalent Number) calculation method and used BKA (Upper Control Limit) and UCL (Upper Control Limit) calculation methods to determine the accident prone point on this road. Based on the results of the study recorded as many as 44 traffic accidents that occurred during 2018 to 2019 on Gatot Subroto road Sta 3+000 to Sta 9+000 with blacksite point at Sta 6+000 – Sta 7+000 and blackspot point at Sta 6+500 with the cause factor of human accidents (55%) , vehicles often involved in accidents are motorcycles (75%), The most types of accidents are human crashes 27.2% and accidents often occur at 12.00-18.00 where it is the time with the lowest volume of vehicles on weekdays or not, this is enough to prove that the volume and speed of the vehicle affects the accident on The Highway Gatot Subroto, Tangerang City Sta 3+000 – 9+000. Keywords: AEK, UCL, BKA, Blackspot, Accident Jalan Gatot Subroto dikenal sebagai penghubung Kota Tangerang dan Kabupaten Tangerang. Melewati beberapa wilayah, yaitu Cimone, Jatiuwung, dan Jatake. Ruas jalan gatot Subroto yang ingin di teliti Sta 3+000 – Sta 9+000, memiliki type 4/2D (4 Lajur 2 Arah Terbagi) dan type 4/2UD (4 Lajur 2 Arah Tak Terbagi), fungsi jalan arteri primer dan kelas ukuran kota besar, dengan kondisi jalan yang termasuk Kawasan komersil, perkantoran, pertokoan, pemukiman, Pendidikan, rumah sakit pusat perbelanjaan dan sebagainya. Di karenakan di jalan ini juga terdapat pabrik – pabrik besar yang menyebabkan padatnya lalu lintas setiap terjadi pergantian jam kerja pabrik yaitu jam 07.00 - 09.00 WIB, 12.00 -13.00 WIB, dan 16.00 – 18.00 sehingga meningkatnya volume lalu lintas di jalan tersebut, dengan kondisi ruas jalan yang relatif lurus sehingga menyebabkan banyak pengemudi lalai dalam mengemudi dan mengakibatkan kecelakaan. Degan kondisi sepeti itu penelitian ini dilakukan guna untuk mengetahui tingkat kecelakaan dan daerah rawan kecelakaan yang terjadi di jalan ini dan mencari solusi agar dapat mengurangi jumlah kejadian kecelakaan di jalan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kecelakaan lalu lintas dari tahun 2018 sampai 2019 dengan metode perhitungan AEK (Angka Ekivalen Kecelakaan) serta menggunakan metode perhitungan BKA (Batas Kontrol Atas) dan UCL (Upper Control Limit) untuk menentukan titik rawan kecelakaan yang ada di jalan ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tercatat sebanyak 44 kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi selama tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2019 di Jalan Gatot Subroto Sta 3+000 - Sta 9+000 dengan titik blacksite Sta 6+000 – Sta 7+000 dan titik blackspot di Sta 6+500 dengan faktor penyebab kecelakaannya manusia (55%) , kendaraan yang sering terlibat dalam kecelakaan adalah sepeda motor (75%), jenis kecelakaan terbanyak yaitu tabrak manusia 27,2% dan kecelakaan sering terjadi di pukul 12.00-18.00 dimana itu adalah waktu dengan volume kendaraan terendah di hari kerja maupun bukan, ini cukup membuktikan bahwa volume dan kecepatan kendaraan berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya kecelakaan di Jalan Raya Gatot Subroto, Kota Tangerang 3+000 – Sta 9+000.
