Abstract
The world of construction today is increasingly developing and has many innovations, Various new methods began to be used as an acceleration of development that meets the criteria with relatively faster results. Delays often occur in construction projects due to several factors. Therefore, the development of field methods and good scheduling is needed to minimize the swelling of implementation time. The popular method is the Half Precast concrete method because it is considered simpler to work with and takes less time. The concept of using the half precast concrete method in building the construction of the Gereja Kemah Tabernakel PIK-2 is an alternative to help conventional concrete in accelerating the construction of structural work with quality advantages that are guaranteed, fast, neat, and environmentally friendly. This method is supported by the application of Fast Track scheduling on Ms. Project to help accelerate because the installation of Half Precast can be done simultaneously with other project activities. The results of the comparative study of the duration of the implementation time were known under normal conditions of 262 days and after acceleration using the Half Precast method assisted by Fast Track scheduling got 207 days. When compared to the time of work, normal conditions have significantly accelerated the duration of work for 55 working days. Dunia konstruksi saat ini semakin berkembang dan memiliki banyak inovasi, Berbagai metode terbaru mulai digunakan sebagai percepatan pembangunan yang sesuai dengan kriteria dengan hasil yang relatif lebih cepat. Keterlambatan sering terjadi pada proyek-proyek konstruksi karena beberapa faktor. Maka, diperlukan pengembangan metode lapangan dan penjadwalan yang baik untuk meminimalisir pembengkakan waktu pelaksanaan. Metode yang populer adalah metode beton Half Precast karena dinilai lebih sederhana pengerjaannya dan memakan sedikit waktu. Konsep penggunaan metode beton half precast dalam membangun konstruksi Gereja Kemah Tabernakel PIK-2 menjadi alternatif membantu beton konvensional dalam melakukan percepatan pembangunan pada pekerjaan struktur dengan keunggulan mutu yang terjamin, cepat, rapih, dan ramah lingkungan. Metode ini didukung dengan penerapan penjadwalan Fast Track pada Ms. Project untuk membantu percepatan karena pekerjaan pemasangan Half Precast bisa dilakukan secara bersamaan dengan aktifitas proyek lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian Perbandingan durasi waktu pelaksanaan diketahui pada kondisi normal 262 hari dan setelah dilakukan percepatan menggunakan metode Half Precast dibantu dengan penjadwalan Fast Track mendapatkan 207 hari. Jika dibandingkan dengan waktu pekerjaan kondisi normal terjadi percepatan yang cukup signifikan durasi pekerjaan selama 55 hari kerja.
