Abstract
The Jabodebek LRT is the newest mode of mass transportation in the city of Jakarta which has just been operated with the aim of reducing the level of congestion that occurs. The increasing awareness of the public regarding the importance of public transportation has caused passenger density on public transportation in Jakarta, especially the KRL Commuter. So a treatment is needed in an effort to improve services. This research was conducted to obtain a formula for the probability of KRL users switching mode to the LRT Jabodebek by conducting a survey of 98 respondents using the Stated Preference method to determine the characteristics and factors that influence mode choice and analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression method to determine the influence of the independent variable in the form of cost, travel time, and waiting time for the dependent variable in the form of mode choice. The results of the analysis showed that there was an influence on the three independent variables on the dependent variable with a high level of probability in the condition that the LRT fare was Rp. 2,000 more expensive than the KRL and other attributes remained at 84,63%. With a change in waiting time of 7 minutes faster and other attributes remained, at 59,58%. With a change in travel time that was 7 minutes faster and other attributes remained, at 91,87%. LRT Jabodebek merupakan moda transportasi massal terbaru di kota Jakarta yang baru saja dioperasikan dengan maksud untuk mengurangi tingkat kemacetan yang terjadi. Semakin meleknya masyarakt akan pentingnya transportasi umum, menyebabkan kepadatan penumpang pada transportasi publik di Jakarta, utamanya KRL Commuter. Sehingga diperlukan suatu penanganan dalam upaya meningkatkan perbaikan dan peningkatan pelayanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh rumus probabilitas pengguna KRL dalam beralih moda ke LRT Jabodebek dengan melakukan survey kepada 98 responden dengan metode Stated Preference untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan moda dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independent berupa tarif, waktu tempuh, serta waktu tunggu terhadap variabel dependen berupa pemilihan moda. Hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada tiga variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dengan tingkat probabilitas tinggi pada kondisi perubahan tarif LRT lebih mahal Rp2.000 dari KRL dan atribut lain tetap sebesar 84,63%, dengan perubahan waktu tempuh lebih cepat 7 menit dan atribut lain tetap sebesar 59,58%, dengan perubahan waktu tunggu lebih cepat 7 menit dan atrbut lain tetap sebesar 91,87%.
