Abstract

Forest City Srengseng (TELEGINEN) designed as forest conservation as well as a means of education and recreation for the community, the Government of West Jakarta will make the concept of ' Jungle City ' in the forest City Srengseng, which will become the leading tourist city in 2018, to hook the tourists. Human beings as creatures of the soasial not be separated from their surrounding environment which can form their own private. Between soasial and architecture where a space designed humans indirectly can influence human behavior patterns that use space and the environment. the architecture was created to meet the needs of human beings. and vice versa (Egam Tandal and 2011). Therefore to find out how the behavior of the trjadi phenomena in the forest City sereng is becoming a proper method used in this research. The methods used in the process data is descriptive qualitative approach. Research instrument used was a direct observation an observation sheet using the mapping Behavior in use i.e. plaace ¬-centered efficiency of mapping or mapping based on the location of the interview, documentation and observation activities done by the visitors. Behavior that occurs between another chat, relax, take pictures, working out, playing and picnicking, fishing, there are six criteria derived from this research is that of the interaction Center, leisure, sport facilities, charms, security and aksebilitas. Based on the results of the research of Fenomevaluasi RPTRA times in some jodo facilities provided its use there is still that does not fit in karnakan lack of on the radar of security and information boards and at some point there needs to be improvement in order visitors feel more comfortable. Hutan Kota Srengseng (RTH) yang didesain sebagai hutan konservasi juga sebagai sarana edukasi dan rekreasi bagi masyarakat, Pemerintah Kota Jakarta Barat akan membuat konsep 'Jungle City' di Hutan Kota Srengseng, yang akan menjadi wisata unggulan kota pada 2018, untuk menggaet wisatawan. Manusia sebagai makhluk soasial tidak lepas dari lingkungan disekitar mereka yang dapat membentuk pribadi mereka sendiri. Antara soasial dan arsitektur dimana sebuah ruang yang didesain manusia secara tidak langsung dapat mempengaruhi pola perilaku mausia yang menggunakan ruang dan lingkungan tersebut. arsitektur diciptakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia. dan begitu juga sebaliknya (Tandal dan Egam 2011). Oleh karena itu untuk mengetahui bagaimana fenomana perilaku yang trjadi pada Hutan Kota sereng ini menjadi metode yang tepat digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengolah data adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dengan lembar observasi menggunakan Behavior mapping yang di gunakan yaitu plaace-centered maping atau pemetaan berdasarkan lokasi wawancara, dokumentasi dan pengamatan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh para pengunjung. Perilaku yang terjadi yaitu antara lain mengobrol, bersantai, berfoto, berolahraga, piknik, bermain dan memancing,Terdapat enam kriteria yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu sebagai pusat interaksi, kenyamanan, fasilitas olahraga, daya Tarik, kemanan dan aksebilitas. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian Fenomevaluasi RPTRA kali jodo dimana di beberapa fasilitas yang tersedia kegunaannya masih ada yang tidak sesuai di karnakan kurangnya pantauan dari keamanan dan papan informasi dan di beberapa titik perlu ada perbaikan supaya pengunjung merasakan lebih nyaman.
